The project is related to the implementation of AI into real business processes. The analyst will independently analyze tasks, identify AI application points, design LLM/RAG/agent solutions, launch pilots, and bring successful hypotheses to implementation.
➕Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and users, analyze AS IS processes and identify growth areas Determine where it's more effective to apply AI and where to use classic automation Gather and formalize requirements, constraints, data, and expected results Model AS IS / TO BE processes in BPMN/UML Research systems, data, APIs, and technological limitations Design pilots: integrations, scenarios, processing logic, and the role of LLM/AI agents in the process Design system and API interactions, form functional and non-functional requirements Formulate prompts, input/output data structure, and quality evaluation criteria Define metrics and scenarios for testing AI hypotheses Prepare technical specifications and task descriptions for developers and testers Maintain documentation and present prototypes and pilot results to clients
🔗Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects Experience with LLM, RAG, AI agents, or other AI components Ability to independently manage a task from request to prototype/pilot and presentation of results Experience in gathering requirements, interviewing clients, and modeling business processes REST and/or SOAP, SQL at the level of simple queries Practical experience with generative models: task definition, structuring, and result validation Understanding of LLM limitations: non-determinism, errors, need for validation Python / Java / Kotlin / JavaScript — at the code reading level Experience with prototyping and wireframing Customer Development
