We are an international company with headquarters in Dubai (UAE) developing AI solutions for automating customer support, knowledge management, and business process optimization.

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an AI / ML Engineer to work with LLM models and data, develop product AI services, and participate in key technical decision-making.

Responsibilities ● Development of AI services based on LLM (chat interfaces, assistants, agents) ● Integration of LLM (ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar) with internal systems and APIs ● Building and improving RAG approaches for working with documents and knowledge ● Working with text data (chats, requests, documents) ● Participation in designing the AI architecture of the product

Requirements ● Commercial experience as an AI / ML Engineer ● Proficient Python, experience writing production code ● Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) ● Understanding of RAG principles (embeddings, retrieval, chunking) ● Experience implementing ML/AI solutions into a product ● Conversational Russian and English languages - mandatory

Will be a plus ● Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks ● Experience evaluating the quality of LLM responses ● Fine-tuning models or advanced prompt engineering ● Experience deploying and supporting ML services

Conditions ● Remote work format, under a remote employee contract ● Work schedule 5/2 according to UAE time ● Competitive salary: 276,000–368,000 RUB per month ● Payments in currency to an offshore bank account or by other means as agreed with the employee
