About Us: Our client is an outstaffing company. We are recruiting engineers for them for long-term projects. Currently, we are looking for a Data Scientist / AI Engineer.

About the Project: The client is developing its AI direction and is bringing LLM-based solutions into industrial operation. This is not about prototypes or pet projects — we need people who have already brought AI agents to production and understand what that entails in practice. The team is distributed, and the work is fully remote.

Who We Are Looking For: A Data Scientist / AI Engineer with at least 3 years of commercial experience, who, in the role of DS/AI Engineer, has implemented and launched AI-based solutions into production, including LLM-based AI agents. Someone who is equally confident in classical ML, deep learning, and infrastructure.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Developing and launching AI-based solutions into industrial operation, including LLM-based AI agents.
• Designing the architecture of AI agents and approaches to their construction.
• Working with Deep Learning in the NLP domain, including Transformer architecture.
• Fine-tuning language models (GPT-like, BERT-like, etc.).
• Developing integrations with IT systems.
• Working with industrial k8s.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of commercial work experience.
• Experience in implementing and launching AI-based solutions into industrial operation — specifically including LLM-based AI agents — in the role of Data Scientist / AI Engineer — mandatory.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of Classic Machine Learning.
• Good knowledge of Deep Learning (NLP).
• Deep understanding of Transformer architecture.
• Deep understanding of approaches and methods for designing AI agents.
• Practical experience in fine-tuning language models (GPT-like, BERT-like, etc.).
• Confident work with the Python stack — Torch, Transformers.
• Experience in developing integrations with IT systems.
• Experience in industrial work with k8s.

Mandatory Technologies and Tools: Python, Torch, Transformers, k8s.

Selection Process: This will be a technical interview, covering each point of the requirements. Be prepared to answer questions on the topics listed above — from classical ML and Transformers to agent design and production.

Conditions:

• Fully remote.
• Salary: from 200,000 to 230,000 ₽ net.
• Paid once a month.
• Employment via sole proprietorship (IP), taxes are covered.
