🛠 Requirements:
- Commercial experience of 3+ years.
- Experience in implementing and launching AI-based solutions into industrial operation (mandatory including AI agents based on LLM) in the role of Data Scientist/AI Engineer
- Knowledge of Classic Machine Learning fundamentals, good knowledge of Deep Learning (NLP)
- Deep understanding of the Transformer architecture
- Deep understanding of approaches and methods for designing AI agents
- Practical experience in fine-tuning language models (GPT-like, BERT-like, etc.)
- Work with Python stack - Torch, Transformers
- Experience in developing integrations with IT systems
- Experience in industrial work with k8s
📌Responsibilities:
- Artifacts for testing hypotheses/experiments: description of the approach/model, corresponding metric values (selected for this solution), test set/benchmark
- Product artifacts as a whole: project description, architecture (approved and agreed with architects and information security (IS)), IS approval that the solution can be used in production, product code and its documentation, instructions for deploying the solution within the company's environment
- All the above-mentioned artifacts are placed within the customer's environment (Gitlab, Confluence)
