Business Analyst

Looking for a business analyst to join my team 👋

We work with AI projects — LLM, ML, Computer Vision, RAG, and other business automation scenarios.

We need not an analyst who receives a perfectly formulated technical specification, but a person who can figure out the client's task themselves: conduct discovery, get to the root of the actual business problem, gather requirements, define solution boundaries, and prepare a specification that the technical team can work with.

What will be involved: ▪️ communication with clients and conducting interviews; ▪️ presale and development of new AI cases; ▪️ AS-IS / TO-BE analysis; ▪️ preparation of concepts, briefs, preliminary technical specifications, and technical specifications; ▪️ work with LLM / ML / CV projects; ▪️ requirement decomposition and development support; ▪️ collaboration with developers, ML/CV specialists, PMs, and sales; ▪️ participation in PoC and MVP — from idea to result verification.

I don't expect the person to be an ML engineer or know everything about neural networks. A strong business analysis foundation, independence, systems thinking, and a desire to deeply understand AI are much more important.

I'm particularly interested in talking to those who have already worked in custom development, presale, or projects with high uncertainty and help turn a client's raw idea into a feasible solution.
