VACANCY: SENIOR BUSINESS / SYSTEM ANALYST (AI PRODUCT). COMPANY: accredited IT company "EXPERT CHOICE" (for BKS Bank)

💰 SALARY: from 250,000 ₽ (negotiable, depends on experience) 📍 Region: RF (all regions) + friendly countries 🗂 Employment: Full-time, remote / hybrid (negotiable) 🚀 Project: Launch of a new AI product (mobile assistant / chatbot) in the fintech domain.

ABOUT THE TEAM AND TASKS: We are building an intelligent AI assistant from scratch. We need an Analyst who can translate business ideas into ML architecture language and formulate clear requirements for data scientists and backend.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE:

🔹 AI & ML competencies (critical):

• Experience launching AI features in mobile applications (banking / fintech is a plus).
• Understanding of scenarios: classification, entity extraction, summarization, text generation, AI agents.
• Knowledge of LLM architecture and ML principles at the system analyst level.
• Experience with prompt engineering and formalizing AI security requirements.
• Ability to calculate business impact: formulation of KPIs and success metrics for the model.
• Interaction with a cross-functional team (ML engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps).

🔹 Business Analysis (general background):

• 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in the financial sector (Banks, Payment Systems, Fintech).
• Skills: BPMN, UML, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, User Stories.
• Task decomposition, defining technical specifications for the development team, participation in acceptance testing.
• Monitoring trends and regulatory restrictions (knowledge of MENA/UAE specifics will be a plus).

🔹 Soft Skills & Communication:

• English language — B2 and above (all documentation and negotiations with partners are in English).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts (especially AI limitations) in simple terms to stakeholders.
• "Business first, then technology" principle: not chasing hype, but solving real client problems.

🔹 Personal qualities:

• Systemic and logical thinking, attention to detail.
• Meeting facilitation and priority management skills.
