🔥 We are looking for a Business/System Analyst for AI Products on a project basis

Grade: Senior Rate: from 232K to 255K Citizenship/Location: RF Workload: full-time Term: long-term Employment: only Sole Proprietor 📌 (not employment contract, not labor code)

✅ Mandatory requirements: • Experience in launching an AI product (chatbot, virtual assistant) in a mobile application (preferably in mobile banking or a fintech company) • Knowledge of typical AI application scenarios: classification, information extraction, summarization, text generation, AI agents. Ability to match a business task with a suitable AI solution class • Practical knowledge and experience in applying the concept of AI agents • Knowledge and practical application of AI assistant architecture and LLM (Large Language Models) structure, as well as ML (Machine Learning) principles at the level of a business/system analyst • Ability to formalize AI-specific requirements, including the description of AI security requirements, and translate business requirements into task specifications for the team • Ability to define KPIs and metrics for AI solutions success: formulation of performance indicators for assessing the business impact of the implemented model, participation in acceptance of results. • Experience working in cross-functional teams with an AI component: interaction with ML engineers, data scientists, DevOps; ability to effectively communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Prompt engineering skills and experience with generative AI: ability to formulate and test prompts as part of functional requirements; practical experience with LLM tools in work tasks. • Higher education in economics, finance, information technology • 3-5 years of experience as a business or system analyst in the financial sector, preferably in a bank, fintech, or payment system • Collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for new products and services • Interaction with the development team on the implementation of functional requirements, testing, and acceptance of previously stated requirements • Participation in work decomposition and task setting for the development team • Development and approval of documentation (BPMN, UML, Use Cases, User Stories, Sequence Diagram) • Participation in testing and validation of new solutions before implementation • Analysis of customer experience, development of improvement recommendations • Monitoring market trends and studying limitations and opportunities considering the local legislative framework • Strong communication skills, including in English: interaction with multidisciplinary teams, external partners, compliance, and fraud monitoring. • Ability to formulate complex technical ideas in simple terms; including explaining the behavior and limitations of an AI assistant to stakeholders without technical jargon. • Presentation and meeting facilitation skills. • English from B2 and above — all official documentation and communication with partners will be in English. • System thinking, attention to detail. • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. • "Business first, then technology" principle — including in relation to AI: assessing the feasibility of an AI solution based on the business task, not technological capability
