Vacancy: Business Analyst (VAT Accounting)

Company: Selecty (KA) Format: hybrid Moscow (1–2 times a week in the office) Employment: full-time Salary: 320,000 to 350,000 ₽ per month, net (Labor Contract/Individual Entrepreneur)

A cross-system project for the development and optimization of VAT accounting and separate accounting processes in the Bank. Includes the formation of business requirements for source systems and participation in Data Governance initiatives to improve data quality.

Tasks

Business Analysis and Business Process Description:

• gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements;
• modeling AS IS / TO BE processes;
• drawing diagrams in BPMN;
• documenting in Confluence.
• Forming and maintaining business requirements for cross-system projects in the DBUiO backlog.

Analysis of current processes within the DBUiO department and in end-to-end business processes of the Bank:

• identifying bottlenecks;
• analyzing the impact on VAT accounting;
• preparing optimization proposals.

Participation in the Data Governance project:

• working in the role of a business analyst;
• participating in data quality improvement initiatives.

Elaboration of requirements for separate VAT accounting:

• describing requirements for source systems;
• interacting with IT and related departments.

Requirements

• Business Analyst experience of 5+ years.
• Understanding and practical experience in applying methodologies:
  • business analysis;
  • project management (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Confident knowledge and application of business process modeling methodologies (BPMN and similar).
• Experience with analytics and process modeling tools.
• Skills in working with databases, knowledge of SQL.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and a large number of stakeholders.
