Business Analyst

Role Description The Business Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tashkent. The individual in this role will gather, analyze, and document business requirements by collaborating closely with stakeholders across various departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include mapping and improving business processes, conducting data-driven analysis to identify issues and opportunities, and preparing clear reports, specifications, and presentations. The Business Analyst will support project teams in defining solutions, validating changes, and monitoring the impact of implemented initiatives. The role also involves facilitating meetings, ensuring effective communication between technical and business teams, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts aligned with the company’s transformation goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
• Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills for documenting needs and translating them into actionable specifications.
• Candidates should possess Business Process skills, including process mapping, optimization, and workflow design.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills for engaging stakeholders, preparing clear documentation, and delivering presentations.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field are beneficial.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies, requirements management tools, and basic data analysis or reporting tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Tashkent, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Proficiency in English or another local language is a plus, along with familiarity with enterprise transformation or consulting environments.
