Business/System Analyst (Banking / FinTech)

We are looking for a Full-stack Analyst who can look at a task from both sides: understand the business and dive deep into IT implementation.

In this role, you will be at the intersection of business, development, architecture, and testing — transforming business tasks into understandable requirements, designing processes, and helping the team bring solutions from idea to industrial launch.

What you will be doing

— Gather, analyze, and formalize requirements from business and internal customers. — Translate business tasks into functional and technical requirements for development teams. — Describe AS-IS / TO-BE processes using BPMN and UML. — Prepare BRD, SRS, Use Cases, User Stories, technical specifications, and other analytical documentation. — Develop functional and non-functional requirements. — Analyze integrations and interactions between information systems. — Formulate requirements for API, REST/SOAP services, and data exchange. — Analyze data structures and write SQL queries if necessary. — Assign and decompose tasks for development and testing teams. — Support requirements throughout all stages of SDLC — from idea to implementation. — Participate in effort estimation, planning, and task decomposition. — Work in conjunction with business, developers, QA, architects, and support teams. — Participate in digital transformation and automation of banking processes projects. — Prepare diagrams, presentations, reports, and project materials. — Participate in working meetings and business trips within Uzbekistan.

Who we are looking for

It is important for us that you:

— Have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Full-stack Analyst. — Understand how banking products and processes work: lending, deposits, transfers, online banking, and other banking services. — Understand the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). — Have experience working with Agile / Scrum / Kanban. — Are proficient with BPMN and UML. — Understand the architecture of information systems and principles of integration. — Are knowledgeable about REST API, SOAP, JSON/XML, HTTP. — Can prepare functional and technical documentation. — Have basic SQL skills. — Have experience with Jira and Confluence. — Have used Visio / Draw.io, Figma, MS Office. — Can simultaneously work with multiple stakeholders and projects. — Possess systemic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to independently bring tasks to completion.

Languages

Russian — fluent. Uzbek — confident oral and written proficiency is desirable for working with business units and preparing work materials.

It will be a big plus

— Experience with Core Banking Systems / Core Banking. — Participation in CRM, ESB, BPM, OpenAPI, DWH projects. — Experience with online banking for legal entities and individuals. — Experience with payment systems and banking integrations. — Knowledge of the requirements of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other regulators. — Experience preparing technical documentation in Uzbek. — CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA certifications or similar.
