Responsibilities:
- Description of current and future risk services processes for IT implementation
- Writing and approval of business requirements with process participants
- Coordination of teams, setting tasks in the backlog
- Participation in acceptance testing (UAT)
- Development and approval of risk services methodology
- Formation of proposals for the implementation of AI solutions
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the credit process and factoring for corporate clients
- Experience as a methodologist or BA in a bank, factoring, leasing, or risk management
- Experience with IT projects (writing/approving business requirements)
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum
- Skill in task decomposition and working with user scenarios
- System thinking, working in uncertainty
