Vacancy: Business Analyst (Limitations Platform) Company: Selecty (Recruitment Agency) Format: Remote within Russia📍 Employment: Full-time Salary: 💸 220,000 – 250,000 ₽ net per month under employment contract (higher for sole proprietor) Development of the limitations platform in the Anti-Fraud domain. You will manage the platform backlog, gather and formalize requirements from multiple business stakeholders, interact with the IT team, and oversee task implementation. ✏️Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize the limitations platform development backlog • Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from 10+ stakeholders • Interact with business stakeholders regarding new tasks and platform changes • Develop tasks in collaboration with the IT team • Formulate requirements and transfer them to development • Participate in discussions and agreements on solutions with IT • Interact with external vendors • Monitor task implementation status and participate in their acceptance • Present team results to interested parties • Prepare presentation and analytical materials on platform development

✔️ Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst • Mandatory experience in Anti-Fraud domain • Experience interacting with IT teams in the development and implementation of solutions • Experience working with business stakeholders • Experience interacting with external vendors • Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog • Skill in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements • Ability to build communication between business and IT • Experience preparing presentation materials and presenting work results • Systematic approach, independence, and developed communication skills
