We are looking for a Business Analyst from Middle level for an international company to our partners.

Key stack of the project: BPMN 2.0, Miro, UML (Use Case, Sequence / Activity), CJM / User Story Mapping, Jira, Confluence, basic SQL, Figma (wireframes).

Responsibilities: • collect, analyze, and formalize business and functional requirements • model processes in BPMN 2.0 • maintain and update documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, requirements) • visualize processes and user scenarios in Miro • interact with development and QA • participate in the optimization and improvement of business processes

Requirements: • experience as a Business Analyst in IT (Middle level and above) • practical experience in modeling business processes in BPMN 2.0 • confident work in Miro (creating and formatting diagrams, frames, boards) • ability to prepare structured documentation • basic understanding of UML (Use Case, Activity / Sequence Diagram) • experience with CJM or User Story Mapping • independence, proactivity, ability to bring tasks to completion • developed communication skills and systemic thinking

Will be a plus: • have higher technical education • knowledge of English from B2 - advantage • proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Figma • have basic SQL experience
