Our client is a product IT company with an internal support department that serves a large-scale product, creating and developing its own support tools: from custom development to integration and enhancement of external solutions. The company is looking for a Business Analyst of Middle level.

Tasks:

• Act as a link between business units and the IT team, help formalize requirements, model processes, and accompany the implementation of changes • Analysis and description of the current process for purchasing inventory and materials (TMC) • Preparation of AS IS process diagrams and development of optimization proposals (TO BE) • Formalization of requirements for subsequent process automation • Participation in the preparation and updating of user documentation for the new version of the Warehouse software • Preparation of instructions for users on new processes and functionality

Requirements: • Experience in describing business processes (AS IS / TO BE), BPMN • Experience as a Business Analyst for 3+ years • Experience in developing user documentation • Experience in automating internal company processes • Ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously
