Vacancy: Business Analyst Middle Company: Tribe (thetribe.com.cy) 📍Limassol office full-time

Main Task: • Act as a link between business units and the IT team, help formalize requirements, model processes, and support the implementation of changes.

First tasks after the employee joins: • Analysis and description of the current process for procurement of commodity-material assets (TMC). • Preparation of AS IS process diagrams and development of optimization proposals (TO BE). • Formalization of requirements for subsequent process automation. • Participation in the preparation and updating of user documentation for the new Warehouse software version. • Preparation of instructions for users on new processes and functionality.

Requirements: • Experience in describing business processes (AS IS / TO BE), BPMN • Experience as a Business Analyst for 2+ years • Experience in developing user documentation • Experience in automating internal company processes • Ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously • Confident work with analysis and modeling tools (BPMN/UML)
