An international product company, specializing in the development and support of product solutions for customer support, is looking for a Product Manager/Business Analyst.

Responsibilities: Analyze current business processes, tools, and internal customer support services. Identify bottlenecks, seek opportunities for automation and process efficiency improvements. Work through ideas from the product backlog, transforming them into clear requirements for development. Formulate business and functional requirements, describe user scenarios and task specifications. Accompany feature development from idea to launch. Monitor the implementation of solutions and evaluate their effectiveness after release. Work at the intersection of business, development, and operational teams, helping to find optimal product solutions. Develop internal products and services.

Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role. Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes. Ability to independently research problems, find solutions, and bring initiatives to completion. Experience in preparing requirements and assigning tasks to the development team. Practical experience with Jira or YouTrack. Proficient in Confluence and Miro. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, As-Is / To-Be process modeling). Experience interacting with developers, analysts, and internal stakeholders. System thinking, initiative, responsibility, and results orientation. ** Will be a plus: Experience in developing internal corporate products. Experience in automating customer support or contact center processes. Understanding of the product approach and the full product lifecycle. Experience working in fast-growing product IT companies. Desire to improve processes, propose new ideas, and influence product development.
