Product Manager (Middle)

We are looking for a Middle PM for the "Mama Znayet" project 🚀 🖖 A PM who will turn "I want this thing!" into a perfect product 🫴

The B2C application "Mama Znayet" has already surpassed 80,000+ active users and is growing rapidly. Our Lead PM takes on all strategy, roadmap, and global discovery, and we are looking for a Product Manager (Middle) who will become the chief architect of the release and a "translator" from business language to development language.

Where we work: Almaty, a bright and cozy office (Mega Park / Seyfullin district), full-time.

🛠 What you will do every day:

• Write reference specs: translate business requests into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, describe edge cases and logic flows.
• Create with UI/UX: assign tasks to designers, draft prototypes, and actively use Claude Design to speed up processes.
• Manage Jira/Confluence: maintain perfect order in the backlog and decompose tasks so that the team has no questions.
• Approve features: write test cases, test on staging, and deploy to production smoothly and without unpleasant surprises.
• Analyze results: gather feedback and evaluate the actual impact of releases in Amplitude.

🎯 Who we are looking for (Must-have):

• Experience: 1–3 years in the role of PM, Product Owner, or system analyst in a product.
• Artifacts: you have cool examples of technical specifications/specs that features are already working based on (we will ask you to show them).
• Technical background: you understand how mobile applications and backend work, and can speak the same language with developers.
• Tools: Jira/Confluence + product analytics (Amplitude / GA).
• Quality: you have written test cases yourself and manually approved tasks.
• AI-first: you are not afraid of AI tools, but actively use them to do your job twice as fast.
