What you will do: • collect, analyze, and document business requirements; • describe processes, user journeys, user stories, and acceptance criteria; • analyze and improve HR processes, look for automation opportunities; • work with data and dashboards in Metabase; • research where AI can improve internal processes; • support tasks from discovery and requirements definition to release and post-launch.

What is important: • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst; • experience with requirements and business process description; • understanding of BPMN / UML, SDLC, and Agile; • experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma; • experience with Metabase or other BI tools; • basic SQL will be a plus; • confident use of AI tools in work; • strong analytical and communication skills; • English Upper-Intermediate (B2)+ will be an advantage.
