Vacancy: Senior Business Analyst Company: Tribe 📍Office in Limassol, full-time

Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end tasks for business process analysis and optimization, proactive identification of growth areas • Gather, formalize, and prioritize business requirements, assign tasks for development and support them until implementation • Participate in the setup and development of business processes in products and internal systems • Develop and maintain analytical reporting (as needed), focusing on automation

Requirements: • Experience in End-to-end process analysis and optimization • Proficient in using analysis and modeling tools (BPMN/UML) • Advanced data handling skills (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL for selections and joins) • Understanding of analytical reporting and metrics construction principles (KPI, SLA, etc.) • Skills in structuring and visualizing information

Tools: Youtrack (or similar task tracking tool), Confluence, Notion, Excel, Miro, Draw.io, Visio, Power BI, Tableau
