Business Analyst

A product IT company, which develops and supports high-load projects for large companies, including world-renowned ones, primarily focusing on B2B solutions in the entertainment, gaming, and sports sectors, is looking for a Business Analyst! Format of work - full-time from the office in Limassol.

Responsibilities: -Collection, analysis, and formalization of business requirements from product owners and stakeholders -Description of business processes and scenarios in the form of Use Case, BRD, BPMN -Preparation and approval of FRD with system analysts, development, and testing teams -Analysis of existing processes, identification of optimization areas and risks -Control of the compliance of implemented solutions with initial requirements -Maintenance of up-to-date project documentation and increasing process transparency.

What we expect: -At least 4 years of experience in business/system analysis (FinTech, e-commerce, high-load preferred) -Proficiency in Use Case, BPMN, UML -Experience with Confluence, Jira / YouTrack -Ability to structure information and formulate requirements in a measurable way -Developed empathy and ability to understand user needs in the context of business goals -Understanding of the principles of modern IT products and team processes -Experience in conducting interviews and business process analysis -Understanding of iterative and lean development principles (gradual value delivery, adaptability, elimination of waste).

Will be a plus: Experience in customer support.
