An international product IT company developing high-load projects and online services is looking for a Project Manager to join its development team.

📍 Location: Cyprus, office ❗️We do not consider relocation — we are looking for candidates who are already in Cyprus.

What you will do: — Build and develop task and development management processes, increase transparency and predictability of delivery; — Organize team task management: task assignment, prioritization, control of deadlines and quality of completion; — Coordinate the work of the development team and control the completion of tasks; — Identify risks and bottlenecks, help the team resolve them in a timely manner; — Facilitate work discussions, assist in forming requirements and priorities; — Build communication within the team and with related departments; — Optimize development processes and implement effective teamwork practices; — Delve into the technical context of projects and effectively interact with developers.

What is important: — Experience as a Project / Delivery / Product / Team Manager or in a similar position; — Experience in managing tasks and development processes in YouTrack, Jira, or similar systems; — Experience coordinating development teams; — Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban; — Ability to systematically build processes and ensure tasks are completed on time; — Strong communication skills, initiative, and proactivity; — Willingness to quickly delve into the technical context.

Will be a plus: — Experience managing development teams and technically complex products; — Experience in large IT companies and/or financial organizations; — Experience in process optimization and team scaling.
