Responsibilities
- Lead projects of various sizes and types;
- Start projects and establish the process and client relationships from scratch;
- Adapt the development process to the specifics of the project;
- Work on improving project KPIs;
- Manage project risks, work proactively;
- Participate in presale activities;
- Develop expertise and the company's team in the chosen direction;
- Negotiate with end clients from the USA and Western Europe in English.
Requirements
It is important for us that the candidate has experience working on multiple projects, can work with large teams, build processes independently, is not afraid to make decisions and take responsibility.
- At least 2 years of experience as a PM.
- Experience in business analysis: ability to describe requirements, decompose into tasks, understand specs).
- Fluent English (the position involves constant verbal communication with English-speaking clients).
- Experience managing a development team of 5+ people and understanding principles of people management, team interaction,
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ability to define and coordinate priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, VCS).
