Scrum Master

Company: A large IT company with over 30 years of experience in the Uzbekistan market, developing technological solutions and information systems for business and the public sector.

Position: Scrum Master Format: Office-based in Tashkent Employment: Full-time

Responsibilities: • Facilitate Scrum events: Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement • Help the team develop self-organization, effective interaction, and work according to Scrum • Identify and eliminate blockers, problems, and anti-patterns, assist the team in finding solutions independently • Collect and analyze Agile metrics: Lead Time, Cycle Time, Velocity, Predictability • Train new team members on Scrum processes and support team development • Interact with Delivery Lead / Chief Scrum Master on systemic issues and process improvements

We expect: • From 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager • Practical experience in conducting Scrum events and team facilitation • Experience with Agile metrics and team process improvement • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills • Uzbek language (A2–B1)

Will be a plus: • Technical background in development, QA, or system analysis • Experience in FinTech / Banking • PSM I / PSM II certification or equivalent • Experience with Jira, GitLab, Redmine, or BI tools • Understanding of CI/CD, code review, monolithic and microservice architecture
