Vacancy: Business Analyst Middle Company: Tribe 📍Office in Limassol, full-time

**Main Task: ** • Act as a liaison between business units and the IT team, assist in formalizing requirements, modeling processes, and supporting the implementation of changes.

Initial Tasks Upon Employee's Start: • Analysis and description of the current process for purchasing goods and materials (G&M). • Preparation of AS IS process diagrams and development of optimization proposals (TO BE). • Formalization of requirements for subsequent process automation. • Participation in the preparation and updating of user documentation for the new Warehouse Software version. • Preparation of instructions for users on new processes and functionality.

Requirements: • Experience in describing business processes (AS IS / TO BE), BPMN • Business Analyst experience of 2+ years • Experience in developing user documentation • Experience in automating internal company processes • Ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously • Confident work with analysis and modeling tools (BPMN/UML)
