🔎 About the company FANzino is a B2B provider of new-format games in the online gambling world. We create scalable live games without studios using video composition, emulation, and real-time outcome generation technologies.

📝 Responsibilities • gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business and functional requirements; • preparing and maintaining documentation (BRD, FRD, Technical Specification, User Stories, integration specifications, API documentation); • task decomposition, assigning tasks to developers and QA, supporting them at all stages of implementation; • describing business processes and user scenarios, including diagrams; • interacting with internal customers, product, gaming, and infrastructure teams; • managing the backlog together with the Product Manager: decomposition, prioritization, and support of features from idea to release; • maintaining product and project documentation, supporting the glossary and a single source of knowledge.

👤 Candidate Requirements • experience in writing technical and product documentation (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, requirements, integrations, APIs, etc.); • experience in iGaming (experience with gaming products will be a big plus); • basic knowledge of system analysis: system architecture, REST API, data exchange formats (JSON/XML), ability to read and describe integrations; • experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools; • knowledge and experience with various development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall); • ability to model processes (BPMN, UML, User Flow); • experience in product analytics and working with metrics.

✨ Will be an advantage • experience with integration protocols in iGaming and understanding of regulator/license requirements; • knowledge of SQL.

🛠 Key Tasks • analysis of business requirements and their transformation into understandable requirements for the development team; • supporting the implementation of functionality at all stages of the life cycle; • participation in the design of integrations and new gaming solutions; • maintaining the relevance of product and project documentation; • interaction with Product, Development, QA teams, and other internal departments.
