An international product IT company developing high-load iGaming products is looking for a Business Analyst.

We are seeking a specialist with experience in complex products, who can gather and formalize requirements, build interaction between business and the development team, and support functionality throughout all stages of implementation.

🌟 Responsibilities:

• analyze and describe business processes from the perspective of various user roles; • gather, analyze, and formalize business and functional requirements; • interact with the designer during interface development and conduct mock-up reviews in Figma; • prepare functional requirements and technical specifications for the development team; • consult the team during the product development and testing process; • generate and update user documentation; • accept implemented functionality and verify its compliance with requirements.

🔹 We expect:

• Business Analyst experience of 4+ years; • experience in gathering, analyzing, and describing requirements for software solutions; • experience in preparing business requirements and technical specifications; • knowledge of business process modeling and description methodologies; • ability to effectively interact with both technical specialists and business representatives; • experience working with large, complex, and actively developing products; • IT education or participation experience in IT projects.
