We are looking for a Business Analyst for an international IT company.

What you will do: Describe business processes from the perspective of different user roles; Collect, analyze, and formalize functional requirements for business processes; Interact with the designer to formulate requirements for the graphical interface and review mockups in Figma; Record and describe functional requirements for development; Consult the team during the product development and testing process; Formulate and update user documentation; Accept developed functionality, checking its operability and compliance with criteria.

What we expect from you: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience in collecting, analyzing, and describing requirements for developed solutions; Experience in writing business requirements and developing technical specifications; Knowledge of business process description and modeling methodologies; Ability to find common ground with both technical specialists and people far from development; Experience working with a complex and actively developing product; IT education or experience in IT projects.
