What you will do
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Tech Leads to gather and validate requirements for upcoming sprints.
- Own the Definition of Ready by ensuring epics and stories are complete and unambiguous before grooming.
- Manage Jira epics, stories, and PRD pages to ensure full scope coverage.
- Draft internal release notes and product briefs to keep the company aligned.
- Maintain AI agents and knowledge assets, including glossaries and reference documentation.
Requirements
- Strong written English proficiency with the ability to structure information logically.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, or in Product Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Jira in an active development environment.
- Ability to identify requirement gaps and drive clarity before implementation.
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders in a distributed team.

- Experience in fintech, betting, gaming, or other complex B2B product domains.
