We are looking for a junior business analyst who will participate in the launch of new products and coordinate interaction between teams.

The role will suit a candidate who can structure information, is attentive to details, keeps agreements under control, and brings tasks to completion.

📌** Responsibilities:**

— Participation in the launch of new projects and products; — Collection and structuring of information from customers and internal teams; — Description of business, user, and functional requirements; — Decomposition of tasks for development, design, and other teams; — Preparation of user scenarios and description of system logic; — Monitoring deadlines, statuses, and dependencies between tasks; — Maintaining and updating project documentation; — Preparation of process and team interaction diagrams.

📌** Requirements:**

— Ability to structure a large volume of information; — Attention to detail and agreements; — Skill in asking clarifying questions; — Ability to work with multiple tasks in parallel; — Responsible approach to deadlines and results; — Understanding of the digital product development process; — Experience with task trackers and documentation systems.

📌** Will be an advantage:**

— Experience in preparing requirements, technical specifications, or project documentation; — Knowledge of BPMN, UML, Use Case, User Story, or Gherkin; — Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar tools; — Understanding of web and mobile interface principles; — Experience interacting with designers and developers; — Basic understanding of API and client-server interaction; — Experience in iGaming or project management.

📌 Cooperation Conditions:

— Remote work format; — Flexible start of the workday (from 9:00 to 11:00 Moscow time), 5/2 schedule; — Probationary period of 3 months (early review possible); — After the probationary period: 5 day off + compensation for sports and training; — Possibility of providing equipment.
