Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the client and internal stakeholders.
- Collect, clarify, and coordinate requirements for LLM/AI solutions.
- Translate business requests into understandable technical specifications for development, AI/ML engineers, and the integration team.
- Describe business processes, user scenarios, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Formalize requirements for LLM functionality: use cases, limitations, data sources, quality criteria, error handling, security rules.
- Participate in solution design with RAG, AI agents, chatbots, assistants, and integrations with external systems.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Decompose requirements into tasks for the team.
- Assist developers, AI engineers, and testers in correctly understanding requirements.
- Verify the compliance of implemented functionality with the original requirements.
- Participate in the acceptance and quality assessment of AI functionality.
General Requirements:
- Experience as a System or Business System Analyst.
- Experience participating in LLM/AI projects or projects using GenAI.
- Understanding of the basic principles of LLM solutions: prompts, context, RAG, agents, integrations with external systems, evaluation of response quality.
- Ability to collect, clarify, and formalize requirements.
- Experience in writing technical specifications, user stories, use cases, describing business processes, and functional requirements.
- Ability to communicate with clients, ask clarifying questions, and identify real needs behind the initial request.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to interact with developers, AI/ML engineers, testers, PM/PO, and other team members.
- Skill in task decomposition and describing system logic.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and client-server architecture.
- Attention to detail, structured thinking, independence.

- Experience with RAG, vector databases, LLM agents, or AI assistants.
- Understanding of approaches to evaluating the quality of LLM responses.
- Experience in describing requirements for data, integrations, APIs, reports, or internal systems.
- Experience with BPMN/UML, Swagger/OpenAPI, SQL.
- Data/ML skills: understanding of data pipelines, datasets, model quality metrics, and ML system limitations.
- Experience in IT integrators, product teams, or custom development.
