We are looking for a versatile analyst for the project office — someone who helps the business turn an idea into a working solution on any project. We have a rule that analysts dream of: development does not take on a task without your description. Your work is not just diagrams for show: what you describe will become the processes by which the company operates across the country.

What you will do:

• Evaluate initiatives at the start: understand the process, define metrics and expected impact — your materials form the basis for the decision to launch or not to launch.
• Go "into the field" (terminals, branches; 1–2 days): walk in the shoes of a warehouse worker and a client, conduct time studies, create a complete map of work situations — including non-standard ones.
• Translate business requirements into clear task specifications for 1C and web developers — across different projects in the portfolio.
• Identify costly technical limitations in advance — while rework takes days, not weeks.
• Work closely with project managers and the development team (office in Novosibirsk).

What we expect:

• 2+ years of business analysis in operational or accounting systems; readiness for field work and business trips.
• Structured thinking and a habit of bringing descriptions to 100% completeness; BPMN, task specifications, requirements management in a tracker.
• Ability to define metrics and calculate the impact of changes; SQL/data extracts for measurements; acceptance test scenarios with a tester.
• Plus: 1C environment, warehouse/logistics/WMS, experience in multiple domains.
