Responsibilities:
- Search and detailed comprehensive analysis of information, work with databases, preparation of reports and analytical memos.
- Analysis of current business processes (as is), identification of growth points, bottlenecks, losses, function duplication.
- Design and description of target business processes (to be) taking into account optimization and automation, development of regulations for business processes.
- Participation in business process reengineering. Participation in business process optimization and automation.
- Drafting technical specifications for the IT department for process automation.
- Formation of a system of indicators for business process management. Development of dashboards.
- Building a business process monitoring system.
- Collection, clarification, and formalization of requirements from internal customers.
- Economic assessment of identified inefficiencies and losses. Preparation of an action plan for optimization, assessment of target effects.
- Preparation of analytical and reporting materials (presentations, tables, memos) for management and shareholders.
Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics, Management, Mathematics, Economics/Production Management.
- From 2 years in a business transformation/improvement/business analysis and development unit of medium and large companies. Experience in management consulting is a plus.
- Desirable skills and practical experience in collecting (obtaining) and processing data from various sources (SQL, Excel, CRM, ERP systems, etc.).
- 1C, Directum RX, Power BI, Excel, BPMN, ERP.
- Purposefulness, Systemic thinking, Stress resistance.
