Due to the company's active growth, we are looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of accounting systems
- Management of a developer.
- Proven experience with the system for at least 1 year. You understand the difference between Community and Enterprise, have worked with Studio and understand the limitations of the constructor.
- Understanding of ERP system architecture: what MRP is, how related models work (Many2one, One2many), how the Odoo accounting engine is structured.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or their equivalents.
- Ability to read and synthesize technical documentation, formulate system requirements and functional algorithms.
Requirements:
- Odoo certification (Implementation Specialist or Functional Consultant).
- Experience with custom modules and in-depth customization of standard functionality.
- Understanding of Odoo integration processes with third-party services (via API, connectors, iPaaS).
- Backlog Management: Formation and prioritization of tasks for developing Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Studio) based on user surveys, business metrics, and customer requirements.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Interviewing stakeholders, documenting business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and translating them into functional requirements for developers.
- Platform Proficiency: In-depth work with the Odoo Framework. You should understand the system architecture, be able to configure models, views (Views), business rules (Automated Actions), and access rights without writing code, as well as effectively assign tasks for Python/JS development.
- Product Lifecycle Management.
- Analytics and Hypotheses: Working with metrics (Adoption Rate, Time-to-value, Churn), testing hypotheses using HADI cycles and A/B testing of new features.
- Documentation: Writing and updating technical and user documentation, specifications (PRD).
- Cross-functional Interaction: Coordinating the work of analysts, backend/frontend developers, testers, and implementation engineers.
