Your tasks
- Full cycle management of large corporate 1C implementation projects: planning, launch, project execution, as well as subsequent warranty and technical support;
- Pre-sales preparation: assessment of the resource and financial plan for the future project, participation in the formation and defense of commercial proposals, conducting meetings and negotiations with potential Customers;
- Project execution: managing project timelines, budget, scope, resources, and risks;
- Defining project results, controlling deadlines and quality of execution;
- Developing and monitoring the project plan;
- Project team management: formation, workload planning, task assignment, performance monitoring;
- Interaction with subcontractors;
- Maintaining project documentation.
Our expectations
- Project management experience of 2 years or more;
- Experience in large projects or a desire to gain it;
- Willingness to work within the methodologies of managing large projects using 1C SPPR.
- Ability to quickly navigate various subject areas;
- Proactivity and results-orientation;
- Higher education (technical or economic).
Will be a plus
- Knowledge of 1C:UPP and/or 1C:ERP products;
- Experience in designing solutions on the 1C platform, good knowledge of the 1C platform's capabilities;
- Knowledge of one or more functional areas: financial planning and production economics / cost management and cost accounting / production planning and management / maintenance and repairs.
- Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting rules.
- Possession of 1C certifications
