Management Role
The Business Consulting Division implements projects for optimizing and automating all types of accounting, budgeting, and treasury processes. The division's teams provide services in organizational and operational consulting, as well as IT strategy development and digitalization.
Your tasks
- Personnel management (hiring, development, structure) — personnel allocation to projects.
- Planning and financial management of the practice.
- Participation in pre-sales activities, preparation of technical proposals.
- Preparation and updating of marketing materials on dissemination: participation in conferences and marketing events.
- Strategy: development of new interests (products and services).
- Work with contracts and other legal documents within the scope of project and line activities: preparation, approval.
- Personal involvement in complex/crisis projects.
Our expectations
- Successful management experience in the 1C domain.
- Experience in managing complex projects in the 1C domain for at least 4 years.
- Client communication skills, preparation and conduct of negotiations, conflict management.
- Knowledge of 1C configurations: 1C:Holding Management, 1C:ERP.
- Subject matter expertise in the following areas: accounting and tax accounting, management accounting, IFRS, budgeting.
