Responsibilities:
- Forming and developing an industry IT product portfolio (Retail, Consumer Goods, Light Industry),
- Promoting solutions to the market, participating in pre-sales activities: requirement analysis, presentation preparation, effort estimation, etc.,
- Preparing and defending technical and commercial proposals, including for ERP system implementation (1C, SAP, Galaktika),
- Participating in business process analysis, preparing functional and technical requirements,
- Managing a team of consultants and project groups. Requalification and team development,
- Forming a project program in the role of an industry architect in the Retail, Consumer Goods, and Light Industry sectors.
Requirements:
- Experience participating in full-cycle process automation projects for clients from the Consumer Goods and Light Industry sectors in the role of a Functional Architect,
- Broad outlook and deep understanding of ERP system implementation processes and business analytics,
- Experience in building architecture in complex process automation projects based on SAP/1C/Galaktika platforms,
- Experience working in IT integrators is desirable,
- Experience in team management, expertise development, and mentoring,
- Ability to analyze requirements, structure tasks, and build effective communication,
- Strategic thinking, results orientation, and development focus.
