IBS, a leading IT service and software provider, invites you to join our team as the Head of Industry Architecture Group (Consumer Goods, FMCG, Light Industry).
The position is open in the Program Management Division, which daily develops and expands our business in key industries, manages complex integrated projects, and is responsible for the project and program management culture and quality across the entire company.
Your Responsibilities
- Formation and development of the industry IT product portfolio (Consumer Goods, FMCG, Light Industry).
- Market promotion of solutions, participation in pre-sales activities: requirements analysis, presentation preparation, effort estimation.
- Preparation and defense of technical and commercial proposals, including those for ERP system implementation (1C, SAP, Galaktika).
- Participation in business process analysis, preparation of functional and technical requirements.
- Management of a group of consultants and RFG. Retraining and team development.
- Formation of a project program in the role of an industry architect in the retail, consumer goods, and light industry sectors.
Our Expectations
- Experience participating in full-cycle process automation projects for clients from the consumer goods and light industry sectors as a Functional Architect.
- Broad outlook and deep understanding of ERP system implementation processes and business analytics.
- Experience in building architecture in complex process automation projects based on the SAP/1C platform.
- Experience working in IT integrators is desirable.
- Experience in team management, expertise development, and mentoring.
- Ability to analyze requirements, structure tasks, and build effective communication.
- Strategic thinking, focus on results and development.
