"RG-Service" company provides comprehensive services in personnel management, accounting and tax accounting, treasury operations, and IT support for companies in the fuel and energy complex.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the comprehensive solution 1C:ERP.UKH with the involvement of a third-party Contractor (1C ERP.UKH functional architect on the Customer's side), including:
- Development of proposals for improving the Company's business processes and coordination of functional and technical requirements for the implemented information systems;
- Structuring and formalizing business requirements, their agreement with authorized responsible persons; ensuring traceability of the implementation of agreed business requirements in the process of implementing the 1C ERP.UKH system;
- Maintaining a registry of cross-functional integration tasks and a registry of intersystem data flows; organizing work on the development and comparative analysis of solution options, quality control and approval of cross-functional and intersystem solutions proposed by functional areas, checking and approving functional-technical specifications and specific technical tasks for development in the 1C ERP.UKH system, including for cross-functional developments and intersystem interfaces;
- Organization and quality control of end-to-end scenario (integration), load, and regression testing of the 1C ERP.UKH system and completed modifications and developments provided for by the implementation project methodology for the 1C ERP.UKH system – including coordinating the preparation and execution of end-to-end testing scenarios (E2E), preparation and coordination of testing of intersystem interfaces with adjacent business applications of the Company; participation in correcting defects identified during testing;
- Participation in organizing the transition processes to pilot operation, including procedures for transferring settings and developments between systems, organizing and conducting data migration;
- Participation in the support and development of the solution in pilot and industrial operation;
- Quality control of the contractor's work in functional areas, acceptance of project results for functional architecture, and performance of other functional duties.
Requirements:
- Experience in automation projects as a 1C ERP or 1C ERP.UKH functional architect on the Contractor's side;
- Knowledge/Skills: business process modeling, knowledge of ARIS (EPC diagrams), BPMN business process description methodologies; deep knowledge of the "1C:Enterprise" platform, seamless integration technologies of 1C and the "1C:Bus" solution, and DBMS solutions available on the Russian market;
- Education level: higher education;
- Certificates, licenses, permits: possession of "1C:Specialist-Consultant", "1C:Expert" certificates will be an advantage;
- Software proficiency: 1C ERP, 1C ERP.UKH.
