The Novorossiysk branch of Perviy Bit invites a specialist who is ready to combine 1C implementation tasks with team management.
This is a role for those who want not only to implement complex projects but also to nurture strong professionals around them, gradually developing into a department head.
Responsibilities
- Personally participate in 1C configuration implementation projects: analyze client requirements, configure and customize systems
- Form and develop a team: recruit employees, conduct onboarding, train and transfer expertise, assist in solving complex problems
- Distribute tasks considering specialists' workload and competencies, control deadlines and quality of work
- Build interaction with clients and related departments, resolve conflict and non-standard situations
What we expect from the candidate
- Successful experience in 1C implementation and confident knowledge of at least one configuration
- Understanding of one or more types of accounting: financial, tax, operational, management, financial
- Customer interaction skills: ability to identify real needs, offer optimal solutions, resolve disputes
- Mentoring, training colleagues, or leadership experience (even in an informal role) will be a significant advantage
- Readiness to develop in a managerial role, leadership qualities, responsibility, and systemic thinking
