Your responsibilities will include:
All functionality corresponds to the specialist's qualification level (tasks performed of appropriate scale, complexity, and difficulty).
Comprehensive implementation and support of 1C-based solutions:
- Configuration of standard and non-standard 1C configurations;
- Updating standard, non-standard configurations;
- Development, modification of 1C configurations according to Customer requirements.
Upon achievement of certain competencies and skills:
- Gathering and formalizing customer requirements;
- Drafting formal documents such as Functional Requirements, Technical Specifications, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, etc.;
- Decomposing tasks into smaller subtasks, estimating task implementation complexity, developing a plan for task execution, testing, and handover.
What we expect from an employee:
- From 5 years in a similar position, specifically working with 1C products;
- Knowledge of the 1C platform and standard configurations;
- Work experience and understanding of one or more types of accounting: accounting and tax, financial, operational, management, etc.
