Our client is an outstaffing company. We recruit developers for them for long-term projects in retail. We are currently looking for lead 1C developers for a project — a retail chain of 40+ stores.

About the project:

The client is a retail chain that works with 1C:Retail, traceability marking, and POS systems on a daily basis. Traceability marking (Chestny Znak) is involved in absolutely all processes, you can't get by without it. The team is distributed, and the work is fully remote.

Who we are looking for:

A lead 1C developer who is not afraid of someone else's code, enjoys digging deep, and is ready to understand business processes, not just technical specifications. Someone who is genuinely interested in working with traceability marking and POS systems, not just closing tickets.

What you will be doing:

• Developing and modifying 1C:Retail for the needs of a chain of 40+ stores.
• Working with Chestny Znak: traceability marking in all processes, requiring deep immersion.
• Supporting and developing POS systems, inter-branch exchange (RIB), integrations with websites and related systems.
• Independently solving tasks based on technical specifications and process descriptions — from analysis to implementation.
• Analyzing other people's complex code, performing quality refactoring.
• Working with business requirements, not just ready-made technical specifications.
• Adhering to development standards.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge and practical experience with 1C:Retail at a lead developer level.
• Experience working with retail chains of 40+ stores.
• Understanding of traceability marking (Chestny Znak) — deep. If you lack practical experience but have the theory and a strong desire to learn, we are also considering you.
• Experience working with POS systems.
• Integration experience: websites, related systems, inter-branch exchange (RIB).
• Proficiency in development standards.
• Ability to work with business requirements, not just technical specifications.

Soft skills (we will pay special attention to these):

• Confident communication during the interview — this is very important.
• Proactive approach: willingness to dig deeper, learn new configurations, master Chestny Znak.
• Interest in processes, not just code.
• Readiness to work closely with traceability marking, as it is present everywhere in our operations.

Conditions:

• Full remote work.
• Salary: 200,000 to 230,000 RUB net. Paid once a month.
• Employment: registered as an individual entrepreneur (IE), taxes are covered on top.
