What you will be doing:
- Receiving and analyzing user requests: issues with 1C operation and requests for new functionality;
- Analyzing current business processes, identifying suboptimal solutions, and suggesting improvements;
- Implementing new functionality: communicating with users, training employees, including new ones;
- Developing technical specifications and collaborating with 1C programmers;
- Configuring reports in 1C;
- Participating in the development and launch of new processes within the company;
- Managing tasks in a task tracker and, once a week, reviewing results and planning the next week with the team.
Who we are looking for:
- You understand IT and know what is technically feasible and what is not;
- You can program at least at a basic level (experience with self-study of any programming language is sufficient) and understand how algorithms work;
- You can identify needs: ask users the right questions and speak the same language as developers;
- You quickly grasp the company's business processes;
- You effectively manage your time and tasks;
- You are independent and proactive: you don't wait for approval for every step, but take responsibility for your area;
- You articulate your thoughts clearly and can defend your position with arguments;
- You adhere to work ethics: respond promptly, do not ignore requests, and communicate respectfully.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with 1C, other ERP/CRM, or accounting systems;
- Experience writing technical specifications, working in technical support, or in analytics.
