We are developing a key financial system on the 1C platform, covering accounting, HR management, industry-specific modules, and integrations with dozens of internal and external services. This is the foundation of the company's financial operations and will continue to evolve – including with your expertise!
Responsibilities:
- Technical leadership and development of the 1C HR management system;
- Formation and support of the technical vision for system development;
- Control of the architectural integrity of the system and integration landscape;
- Development and coordination of technical solutions with development teams and related systems;
- Participation in the analysis and decomposition of business requirements;
- Support for the full change delivery cycle: from development to production deployment;
- Identification and management of technical debt;
- Organization and development of engineering practices in 1C teams (code review, development processes, delivery quality, release process);
- Coordination of development between multiple teams and process participants;
- Interaction with business stakeholders, architects, and related IT teams;
- Expert evaluation of system and integration development options;
- Control of the relevance of technical documentation for the system and integrations.
