We are developing BIT.IIoT(MDT) — a software and hardware complex for industrial product marking, integrated with standard 1C solutions. We are looking for an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager for the industrial marking division.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Building long-term partnerships with existing clients;
- Ensuring comfortable interaction between clients and the development team;
- Monitoring project progress;
- Communicating with contact persons, gathering feedback;
- Resolving and preventing client issues/problems;
- Controlling adherence to deadlines and budgets for assigned projects;
- Generating up-to-date reports on the current interaction of offices with clients.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience participating in IT projects as an Account Manager or Project Manager;
