Vacancy: IT Projects Portfolio Manager Company: IT HOSTLINE

About the company: IT HOSTLINE is developing six projects (VPN and Proxy: mobile app, PC version, browser extension). Part of the team (design, backend, beta testing team - on the IT HOSTLINE side. Part of the team - front-end development, testing - on the contractor side (mobile development studio).

Tasks: • Coordination of customer and contractor teams, eliminating discrepancies between them • Gathering, forming, and prioritizing requirements from internal business customers • Agreeing and approving requirements with the development team • Maintaining the backlog/roadmap for each of the 6 projects • Control of implementation compliance with approved requirements • Decision-making on the application's readiness for release • Agreeing on deadlines • Budget management and control of contractor costs (deadlines, hours, cost of revisions) • Change management — assessing the impact of new requirements on deadlines/budget • Weekly reporting to the business customer

Candidate Requirements: • 5+ years of experience • Experience managing cross-functional teams • Experience working with external contractors • Understanding of the mobile development lifecycle (including publication in App Store/Google Play) • Experience in similar projects is mandatory (VPN) • Experience in forming and prioritizing requirements

Schedule: • Six-day working week (Mon-Sat) • Remote format • Eight-hour working day (GMT+3)
