- Experience in managing the development of IT services. Focus: from 3 years in the role of Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or a comparable role. Experience in independently managing work from task definition to release and acceptance of results is important.
- Practical experience in sprint planning and backlog management. Ability to consider team capabilities, manage changes, and analyze reasons for deviations from the plan.
- Skills in refining requirements. Ability to turn an ambiguous request into a clear task with an expected outcome and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in acceptance and conducting demos. Ability to evaluate results from a user's perspective and provide feedback that leads to concrete solutions.
- Experience in competitive and user research. Ability to independently organize research, structure conclusions, and propose applicable improvements.
- Product thinking. Ability to justify priorities through benefits for users and the business, labor costs, and risks; to define methods for testing hypotheses and evaluating results.
- Technical literacy. Understanding of the development lifecycle, basics of web service operation and integrations; ability to discuss limitations and dependencies with the technical team.
- Independence and communication. Ability to organize discussions, document agreements, promptly raise issues, and propose courses of action. Confident work with task trackers and team documentation.
- Control of support and user issues: tracking inquiries, deadlines, and their processing status; organizing prompt elimination of blockers in collaboration with support and development; identifying recurring problems and patterns; creating tasks in the backlog for fixing root causes and improving the service, coordinating their priorities, and monitoring execution.
Experience with document builders, document management systems, internal corporate products, or B2B services will be an advantage.
Product priorities and significant changes in scope are agreed upon with the client. Task refinement and acceptance are carried out in collaboration with the team's specialized professionals.
