We are looking for a wonderful person to join our wonderful project team!

We imagine you have agency-side experience with products, services, startups, and corporations, and can manage projects, people, risks, budgets, and documentation.

Full-time employment and remote work (a plus if you are in Moscow or St. Petersburg)

We expect you to

Communicate effectively (critical thinking, openness, empathy) and be able to organize yourself and others (planning, discipline).

Have worked on commercial projects from the agency side.

Know how to estimate the planned profitability of a project at its outset.

Understand the full cycle of launching a digital project from scratch and the work process.

Be able to manage complex projects, form a project strategy, predict risks, and not be afraid to discuss them with the team and client.

Product experience

Proficiency in design thinking tools and a love for design

Experience participating in tenders

Experience working with large companies or corporations as a client

Responsibilities

— Participation in pre-sales and working with inbound leads: briefing, team assessment, preparation and presentation of proposals, agreement formation;

— Participation in project team selection and approval;

— Breaking down the product into components and assigning them to executors;

— Developing a project plan;

— Agreeing on deadlines;

— Analyzing potential risks;

— Communicating with the client, managing their expectations;

— Providing the client with reports on the progress of tasks and the project as a whole;

— Tracking the project status and task completion progress;

— Forming and implementing the project strategy;

— Resolving all kinds of conflict situations within the team and between the client-team interface;

— Long-term and short-term planning of team workload;

— Documenting agreements during project execution;

— Managing document flow (drafting contracts with the CFO, preparing addendums, issuing acceptance certificates and invoices);

— Other tasks corresponding to the essence of a project manager's role :)

Probationary Period

3 months

Team

You will work directly with the project director, designers, design leads, and other project managers. We work in weekly sprints. Our clients are also part of the team. We make the most important project decisions together.

We pay a lot of attention to training: from internal mentorship to external courses and mentors. Currently, we have 80+ employees: designers, managers, PR, and marketing specialists.

Office and Company

We work remotely with a distributed team. We have offices in Moscow and Yekaterinburg, and you can also go to a coworking space with the St. Petersburg team.

Conditions

Results-oriented work without excessive formalization and bureaucracy — everything is very flexible, and tables and papers are just tools to agree and plan work.

Salary range from 110,000 to 130,000 rubles net (discussed individually with each manager depending on experience)

Full working day from 9 AM to 6 PM Moscow time
