Responsibilities: 🔸Formulate quarterly marginal income targets with a partner, responsible for the P&L of the division 🔸Manage the budget, control project profitability, plan/actual, producer bonuses 🔸Evaluate incoming projects from sales: economics, profitability, resources 🔸Decide on producers and team composition together with design directors 🔸Conduct weekly production planning and team workload management 🔸Proactively prevent risks: deadlines, contractors, resources

Requirements: 🔸Experience in managing Production in a studio, agency, or production house 🔸Experience with digital and design projects: websites, graphics, video, CG, identity 🔸Financial acumen: margin, plan/actual, estimated hours 🔸Readiness to make tough decisions and take responsibility 🔸Communication at partner level – fast and specific

Salary: 🔸from 250,000 to 400,000 rubles (including KPI)
