The coolest project at Tach is the team, and now we are looking for a Project Manager.
What needs to be done:
- Plan and assign tasks: form tasks for the development team based on project requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of goals, deadlines, and success criteria;
- Coordinate team work: ensure effective interaction between developers, testers, designers, and managers to achieve common goals;
- Track progress: regularly monitor task completion, control deadlines, and adjust the work plan if necessary;
- Communicate with the client: build transparent and trusting relationships, conduct regular sync-ups, gather feedback, and manage expectations;
- Manage risks: identify and promptly eliminate problems in advance, minimizing the impact of unforeseen situations on the project;
- Maintain documentation: keep project documents up-to-date and generate regular reports.
What we expect from you:
- ability to write code;
- experience in managing projects in custom development;
- a desire to grow as a Project Manager in the IT sphere;
- experience in effective communication;
- ability to build trusting relationships with clients;
- ability to explain complex things in simple language;
- independence and proactivity;
- ability to navigate a large volume of new information and attention to detail.
