We need a project coordinator. We are looking for a specialist with experience in government or municipal bodies who wants to grow in IT and eventually become a project manager.

What you will be doing:

• Working at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and handling user requests
• Handling user requests
• Assisting with access, settings, and simple user questions
• Collecting and documenting issues, passing them to analysts and developers
• Participating in meetings and documenting agreements
• Collecting and approving reporting documentation
• Understanding the client's current problems and promptly reporting them to the project manager

We expect you to:

• Have experience working in government or municipal bodies and institutions
• Want to grow in IT and become a project manager
• Be able to build communication with different people
• Have experience working with a large volume of documents
• Be a confident computer user
